Too Yummy Pumpkin Bars
These things are amazing and a true go-to in the fall!

Ingredients
- In a large bowl blend with Mixer
- eggs - 4
- sugar - 1 cup
- oil - 1 cup
- pumpkin - 15 oz can
- In a small bowl whisk together
- Flour - 2 Cups
- Baking Powder - 2 tsp
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Baking Soda - 1 tsp
- Frosting
- cream cheese - 6 oz softened
- butter - 1 cup melted
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Pumpkin Bars
- In a large bowl blend with mixer
- Eggs, Sugar, Oil, Pumpkin
- In a small bowl whisk together
- Flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Salt, Baking Soda
- Spray Jelly roll pan (the big cookie sheet) and turn oven to 350 degrees
- Pour dry ingredients into big bowl and blend together. Pour into jelly roll pan.
- Bake 15 min. or until tooth pick comes out clean.
Frosting
- Blend together with mixer softened cream cheese and melted butter with vanilla. Add powdered sugar until you get the frosting the way you want it!
